Functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention plans

A functional behavior assessment (FBA) includes observation of student in multiple settings, interpretation of behavior assessment, behavior intervention plan, and participation in team meeting to go over the results with a final report.
We offer an additional option for ongoing coaching up to 5 hours to train educators on how to implement the behavior intervention plan.
A thorough evaluation of the student within the school environment to assess learning needs and support the identification of disabilities in accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
Hourly consultation for parent or educators to support students behavioral needs.

Reach out for a consultation on assistance with a behavior plan, a specific behavior problem, or class wide behavior management strategies.
Coaching can include observing a teacher or paraprofessional working with a student and offering real time recommendations and modeling on how to improve instruction and engagement. Service will include a free introductory meeting and a written up plan/document for implementation.

Parents can utilize consultation services with a real life behavior analyst to discuss challenging behaviors within the home and community setting that may also be affecting their children in school.
Parent training can also include education about how to advocate for their child with an individualized education plan.

Maximum 15 hours per month
Utilize the expertise of a BCBA on demand up to 15 hours per month based on the needs of your educational institution. Can be virtual or in person as needed.
On-site training for educators
1-4 hours
Workshops and hands-on training sessions for educators and paraprofessionals on behavior management and student engagement techniques. Trainings can be personalized to your needs.
Virtual or in-person supervision to behavior techs and BCBA candidates
Supervision includes regular meetings to review case work, provide feedback, discuss challenges, and support the RBT's professional growth in line with ethical guidelines and best practices. It also helps to ensure the quality and consistency of services provided to clients.
BCBA mentors the supervisee, providing feedback on their clinical work, decision-making, and the application of behavior analysis principles. The supervision may involve case discussions, role-playing, reviewing data, and ongoing professional development activities.
